Colloidal stability of polypyrrole-ITO conducting inks

Abstract We have obtained conducting inks through the hybridization of indium tin oxide (ITO) and polypyrrole. Different conductive were at different ITO loadings. The zeta potentials polypyrrole-ITO investigated as functions pH solution. exhibited zero potential approximately = 5, varied with solution, which also significantly depended on range. Thermogravimetric analysis was performed to investigate thermal behavior its inks. Conductivities measured by 4-point probe method compared those neat polymer. These are surfactant-free; therefore, surfactant removal is not required. Even low temperatures, printed electronics excellent conductivity, enabling lighting LED devices.
